Whosoever Will Community Assistance Program
OBJECTIVE
The objective of the Whosoever Will Christian Church Community Assistance program is to expand our existing services to solve the problem of food insecurity and its associated social ills. We intend to create multiple avenues by which the quality, safety and efficacy of food distribution will be ensured. In order to safeguard the overall objective which is assuring the quality, safety, and efficacy of our food expansion program, the following four intermediate objectives will be the primary focus. They include:
• Providing a measurable increase in food and nutritional materials to enhance livelihood;
• Providing poor families, disabled and elderly individuals access to food quickly and easier thereby eliminating travel barriers.
• Helping families reduce the stressors of food insecurity as well as reducing adverse social and environmental conditions.
• Increasing the supply of good-quality food products, and increasing the knowledge of food safety and preservation.
Each of these four intermediate objectives, when managed well, can boost our participants’ economic growth and stability, and can contribute positively to their daily lives. The pursuit of these objectives involves technical expertise and prior experience in such activities. The Whosoever Will Christian Church Community Assistance Program (WWCAP) is relying on technical leadership expertise, training from our Partner Agency, and prior long-term credibility in executing similar projects. Thanks to the credibility of our Partner Agency who will make it possible for WWCAP to have the desired impact in terms of reducing hardships and the harmful effects that the lack of food may cause for the needed.
